Cancellation Policy

Quote fee: A $25.00 quote fee applies to initial visits, to properties that are not enrolled in bi-weekly maintenance, and non-regular service calls. Scheduling & Weather Delays: Service Windows: We endeavor to maintain consistent weekly or bi-weekly schedules. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed. Inclement Weather: Rain or extreme weather may delay services. If postponed, we will automatically reschedule for the next available clear day. No prior notification of weather delays will be issued unless the delay exceeds 48 hours. Pet Safety: Pets must be kept indoors or securely restrained away from the work area during service. Cancellation & Termination Routine Service Changes: You must skip or reschedule a service at least 24 hours in advance. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 25% charge of the scheduled service rate. Routine Cancellation: Clients may cancel regular service by providing written notice at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled visit. Immediate Termination: Yardler, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately due to non-payment, hostile working conditions, or repeated failure to provide property access.
